Encounter with the Windigo
Occasionally I re-post my encounter with a creature known as the Windigo, (Bigfoot). for new viewers to my website. The short story is I had been working on a painting back in 1993 looking for ideas for a background to complete it. I built an open frame and inserted branches with leaves that matched the painting, (see below). I set this frame up in different areas and photographed test images. When I received the slides back from development I was shocked to discover the Windigo Entity in them.
This image was taken with a 35mm Minolta camera using slide film long before the development of Photoshop. For some reason the sensitivity of film has the ability to capture the substance of internal dimensions. What my camera captured was an Entity from another dimension very curious about what I was doing. I have included additional images of this Entity as it approached me and my art frame. (Circled).
The forest is a beautiful place but also quite mysterious...we have only scratched the surface of our reality.
