I titled this manifestation the "Tiara Entity" because of the Tiara looking object on its head but I believe it is an Aquatic Entity with fish - like features.
What appears to be a mustache on this Entity is actually a part of its anatomy. The actual color of the garment should be gold as I accidentally hit the wrong key during manifestation. I have tried to re-manifest the image to correct this but without success.
